Development and co-production: adapting the intervention to optimize acceptability, scalability, and effectiveness on youth mental health

Objectives:
1. To adapt and test the PLH program for Teens in the Republic of Moldova and North Macedonia.
2. To develop a network of stakeholders involved in coproduction and advisory groups for the FLOURISH project.
3. To train the facilitators and coaches in the PLH for Teens program in both countries.
4. To conduct a pilot feasibility study of the PLH program for teens in both countries.

Programme implementation: delivery of PLH in Moldova and North Macedonia

Objectives:
1. To implement the programme in the Factorial Optimization Trial in two countries (8 conditions).
2. To implement the programme in the Hybrid Effectiveness Trial of the PLH for Teens program in two countries.

Data management, outcome assessment and data analyses: quantitative outcomes reported by families and staff

1. Implementation of the pre-post assessments for the pilot feasibility study.
2. Implementation of the pre-post and follow-up assessments for the factorial and hybrid implementation-effectiveness study.
3. Data management across work packages.
4. Data analyses for adolescent and family pre-post assessments (outcomes).
5. Agent-based modelling of scaling parenting interventions.

Implementation assessment and data analysis: quantitative programme implementation indicators and qualitative data

1. Collection of implementation outcome data during the pilot feasibility study.

Health economic analyses: cost and cost-effectiveness of the PLH Teen programme

Objectives:
1. Adaptation of internationally standardised, harmonised and validated instruments for collection and valuation of resource use, cost and outcome data for the PLH for teens programme in Moldova and North Macedonia.
2. Conducting a feasibility assessment and a cost-consequences analysis for optimisation purposes in the Factorial trial.
3. Carrying out a multi-sectoral, multi-national and multi-person economic evaluation of the PLH for teens programme in Moldova and North Macedonia.
4. Determining public financing options for a scale-up of the PLH for teens programme in Moldova and North Macedonia.

Communication and impact: communication to public, practitioners, policymakers, researchers

Activities:
1. Develop and implement communication strategies in Moldova and North Macedonia, and internationally to communicate with public, researchers, clinicians, policymakers.
2. Design a survey with ALTERNATIVA and HYA staff networks.
3. Design a qualitative interview tool for stakeholders.
4. Regional policy and practice exchange forum on family policies and adolescent health in Eastern Europe.

Coordination and management: integration of activities and findings

Objectives:
1. Preparation of consortium management and coordination procedures across WPs.
2. Monitoring compliance with ethical guidelines, project activities, milestones and deliverables.

4. Organization of meetings.
